  • What does your business do?

    Sonic Weapon is a full service Screen Printer that specializes in the highest quality printing at the most affordable prices. There are ZERO SETUP FEES and no job too small. Most printers will require a minimum order of 24, we will print any and all small jobs because we are dedicated to providing the best service possible to any customer we meet.  We offer FREE local delivery of completed orders anywhere within a reasonable distance of the  KC Metro Area.


    We offer custom apparel printing including t-shirts, longsleeves, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, crew necks, 3/4 sleeves, tote bags, posters, towels and more! We also offer custom graphic design work to help our customers who need assistance cleaning up or creating original artwork.

    We print for Contractors, Artists, Graphic Designers, Clothing Lines, Churches, Start-Ups, Events, Weddings, Outings,  Retreats, Reunions, Camps, Races, Fundraising, Teams, Concerts, Bands, Bar Crawls, Parties, Causes, Policital Campaigns, and much more.

    If you are looking to get into the screen printing business, or you have orders you’re too busy to take on, we offer contract printing services for outside companies. Let us take the stress and excess cost of operations out of your  business.

    We use the best equipment and the best inks to produce the greatest quality product at the greatest prices. We offer various options  for printing including plastisol, waterbased inks, special fx inks, glow in the dark inks, and metallic inks.

    We supply many brands such as Gildan, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Jerzees, American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, and many more.

    Standard turnaround time is around 2 weeks from the date we receive your artwork and a 50% deposit of job quote.  We are able to accept job deposits and invoice through paypal.

  • What are your standard apparel ink colors options?

    BELOW ARE THE STANDARD COLOR OPTIONS – *Any color not pictured below is considered a custom color. We can also match PMS Pantone® Colors at $50 per custom color match.

  • What is your typical turnaround?

    Typical job turnaround for apparel and flatstock jobs is currently 7-10 business days.

    RUSH jobs can be completed with a rush fee. The rush fee is 50% of total original job quote.

  • Can you print apparel samples? How much do they Cost?

    Yes, we are able to print samples at the cost of $100 for the first sample (this covers supplies, art prep, and press setup fees), and $10 for each sample after the first.

  • Can adjustments be made to artwork after art has already been approved and production has started?

    Yes, however, we charge a $100 fee per design that needs changing. This is why we verify that all artwork is print ready and proofed before we start into production. Please be aware, these changes will most likely result in a small delay of original deadlines.

  • How long is a job quote valid for?

    Our quotes are valid for up to 30 days. After 30 days, a new quote is required due to constant price changes in materials and supplies.

  • What is registration?

    Registration is the alignment of one color of artwork with another. Multi-color prints require the different colors of the artwork to line up correctly in relation to one another. Sometimes they butt up next to one another (this is called butt registration), at other times, they are trapped or choked over one another to reduce the chances for imperfect registrations.

  • Screen Printing registration vs. Offset Printing registration?

    Screen printing holds a tight registration, but it’s not hairline accurate like an offset press. Because screen printing is a manual process, it has actually become favored for it’s imperfections or mis-registrations. Mis-registrations can happen from time to time, but its always smart to trap or choke your flat stock print artwork. Trapping is up to the artist, so please make sure to do so and notify us of jobs you’ve already trapped or choked. We are also able to trap your art for you. Our rate is $50/hour with a 1 hour minimum fee. Apparel graphics don’t always trap as the colors are run simultaneously, and registration is much tighter.

  • What kind of items can you print?

    Screen printing allows for all kinds of printing material options. We print t-shirts, longsleeves, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, crew necks, 3/4 sleeves, tote bags, posters, towels, coroplast signs, and more! We also have experience printing a few types of other surfaces such as wood, fabric, and even metals. If you have something you think can be printed, go ahead and ask us, we always love a challenge, and will always attempt to give it a shot if we haven’t already tried it yet.

  • Can you fix my art or create new art for me?

    Yes, we will gladly clean up any digital or analog files you provide us at a fee of $50 per hour. This can include art trapping, choking, color separations, or even original artwork creation.

  • Can you burn or expose a screen for me?

    (KC locals only)

    Absolutely! It’s $75 if we provide the screen, and $25 if you provide the screen. We will expose your art onto the screens and also provide you with the original graphic films.

  • How do I track my purchase?

    We provide customers with a package tracking number supplied by either Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS depending on the carrier.

  • What credit cards do you take?

    We can accept most major credit cards. We currently use PayPal to process credit card purchases who charge a 3% total fee. We will have to add the 3% fee to your final quote if you choose to pay this way.

    We also accept cash and checks, however checks must clear before shipment or pickup/delivery.

  • Do you offer discounts or promos?

    Currently we don’t offer any specific discounts, however we do from time to time run promo’s, join our newsletter to keep informed about great deals and future promotions.

  • How can I contact you?

  • Is there a money-back guarantee?

    If you are not reasonably satisfied with your job, we can offer a full monetary refund, or put equal credit towards your next job.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    Shipping costs vary depending on each specific job. Every job is different, you can contact us, for a quote, otherwise it’s very difficult to give specific pricing. Shipping fees are billed separately, after the package has been shipped, and are invoiced the same day packages are shipped out.

  • Can I purchase your products at a retail store?
